We’re happy to guide you through the design stage, or we can come on board once your drawings are ready to quote. Smart design, sustainable choices, and reducing waste are all really important to us. We take care to recycle and reuse materials wherever possible, and we’re always looking for ways to build more responsibly.

When it comes to quoting, our job is to plan, price, and deliver your project to the highest standard — on time and within budget. We encourage early conversations so we can help set realistic budget expectations and make sure everything is well thought through from the start.

We’ll take the time to understand your project in detail and can provide preliminary estimates or advice as things take shape. Once your plans are ready, we can offer either a Fixed Price Contract or a Charge Up option, depending on what works best for you and your build.

We’re flexible too — we can work with our trusted team of sub trades, or happily collaborate with sub trades you’d like to bring on board. All of our contracts follow Master Builders standards and can come with the security of a Master Build Guarantee, giving you peace of mind from start to finish.

Every project we take on is personally overseen by me, Ben, to make sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. We use smart management and cost-tracking tools both on and off site, so you can be confident the process is well organised and efficient. Our team genuinely loves what we do, and it shows in the attention to detail and craftsmanship we bring to every build.

Because our builds are often bespoke, clear and regular communication is key. You’ll have a dedicated site foreman for the whole project, and we’ll schedule regular site meetings to keep you fully informed every step of the way.
